What the website collects

The “free mock-up” form collects your first name, your WhatsApp number or email address, and the link to your Airbnb or Booking listing. It also records the page you came from and an anonymised technical fingerprint of your connection, which changes every day and is only used to limit abusive submissions.

Audience measurement counts visits (page viewed, duration, country, referrer) without cookies and without any identifier stored on your device. The IP address is not kept: it is used to compute a daily fingerprint that cannot recognise you from one day to the next.

The website sets no cookies and loads no font or script from a third-party service.

What it is used for

The form details are only used to reply to you and prepare your mock-up. They are neither sold nor passed on to third parties. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request.

Where the data is

Requests are stored with Supabase, in the Paris region. The website is served by Render.

Each new request (first name, number or email, listing link) is also sent by Telegram message to the website publisher and to one collaborator, so that we can reply to you quickly.

How long

Requests are kept for 12 months after the last exchange.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its processing, by writing to contact@nobook.agency. If you disagree, you can contact the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
